Introduction:
The management of the "Sukna" application respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data collected and processed through the application, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
First: Data Collected:
When you use the application, we may collect the following data:
- Identification Data: Name, email address, phone number (during registration or when contacting us).
- Usage Data: Your property preferences, the type of units you browse, your approximate location (when location services are enabled).
- Device Data: Device type, operating system, IP address, time of use.
Second: Purpose of Data Use:
"Sukna" collects data from you through our interactions with you and across our products. Some of this data is provided directly by you, and some is obtained by collecting data about your interactions, usage, and experiences with our products.
The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with the Sakana platform and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use.
Many of our products require some personal data to provide you with a service. If you choose not to provide the data required to provide you with a product or feature, you cannot use that product or feature.
When we need to collect personal data by law or to enter into or conclude a contract with you, and you do not provide the data, we will not be able to enter into the contract; or if this relates to an existing product you use, we may have to temporarily suspend or cancel it.
When providing data is optional, and you choose not to share personal data, some features, such as personalization, that use this data will not function.
The Sakana platform uses the data we collect to provide you with rich and interactive experiences. Specifically, we use data to:
Provide our products, which includes updating, securing, troubleshooting, and providing support. This also includes sharing data when necessary to provide the service or process your requested transactions.
Improve and develop our products.
Personalizing our products and providing recommendations.
Advertising and marketing to you, which includes sending promotional communications, targeted advertisements, and relevant offers.
We also use data to conduct our business, including analyzing our performance, fulfilling our legal obligations, developing our workforce, and conducting research.
We share your personal data with your consent, to complete a transaction, or to provide any product you have ordered or authorized. We also share data with Sakana's affiliates and subsidiaries and suppliers who act on our behalf; where required by law or in response to legal proceedings; to protect our customers; to maintain the security of our products; and to protect Sakana's rights.
You cannot access or control all personal data processed by Sakana through the tools described above. If you wish to access or control personal data processed by Sakana that is not available through the tools mentioned above or directly through the Sakana products you use, you can always contact the Sakana platform at the address provided at the end of this policy.
Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store data that can be retrieved by a web server in the domain that placed the cookie. We use cookies and similar technologies to store and process your preferences and settings, enabling you to log in, serve interest-based advertising, combat fraud, analyze how our products perform, and fulfill other lawful purposes.
Sakana applications use additional identifiers, such as the Sakana Advertising ID described in a section of this Privacy Statement, for similar purposes.
Third-party cookies may include: social media cookies designed to show you advertisements and content based on your social media profiles and activity on our websites; Analytics cookies help us better understand how you and others use our websites so we can improve them and so third parties can improve their applications and services; advertising cookies show you relevant ads; and required cookies are used to perform essential website functions. Where appropriate, we obtain your consent before placing or using optional cookies that are not (1) strictly necessary for the website to function or (2) for communication purposes.

This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in particular:
The Copyright Protection Law issued by Royal Decree No. M/41 dated 2 Rajab 1424 AH.
The Anti-Cybercrime Law issued by Royal Decree No. M/17 dated 8 Rabi' al-Awwal 1428 AH.
The Personal Data Protection Law issued by Royal Decree No. (98) dated 7/02/1443 AH, and overseen by the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
The National Cybersecurity Authority System, issued by Royal Decree No. (6801) dated 11/2/1439 AH.
Fourth: Reports and Violations
Any party claiming a violation of their rights may contact Sukna Management via the following email: info@sukna.sa. The report must include the following:
- The affected party's information
- A precise description of the infringing content
- Proof of intellectual property ownership (official registration license, contract, etc.)
Sukna is committed to taking the necessary measures, including removing the content upon confirmation of the violation.
